Passport holders of the following countries are given visa on arrival when traveling to Thailand for a period of maximum 30 days. The exemption is given at a maximum of two times per year when entering over land or by boat, there is however no limitation when entering by airplane. Malaysia which are bordering Thailand to the south has no limitations in the amount of 30-day visa on arrival. Korea, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile will get 90 days on arrival in both when entering by airplane and by land borders.
